These are the full terms for the XCareer AI affiliate program. By joining the program you agree to them. See the program overview for the headline offer, commission rate and bonus tiers.
Program rules
Allowed
- Blog posts, reviews, comparison articles, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts
- Discord, Telegram and WhatsApp communities
- University and bootcamp channels
- Honest reviews, including critical ones
- Paid social and paid YouTube ads to your own landing page
Not allowed
- Self-referral, or referring your own alternate accounts
- Bidding on branded search terms: “XCareer”, “XCareer AI”, “xcareer.ai”, or misspellings
- Coupon, cashback, or browser-extension sites (Honey, RetailMeNot and similar)
- Pages built purely to hijack “XCareer discount code” search traffic
- Claiming to be XCareer AI, or implying employment by us
- Guaranteeing job offers, interview results, or salary outcomes
- Spam: unsolicited email, mass DMs, comment spam
Breach of these rules results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
Attribution & tracking
- Cookie window: 30 days
- Attribution model: Last click
- Coupon fallback: Your personal code never expires and is tracked as a referral even with no cookie
- Cross-device: Your coupon code is the fallback — a click on mobile that converts on desktop still resolves via the code
- Free signups: Not commissionable — paid conversion only
- Trials: Commission triggers on first successful payment, not trial start
- Upgrades: Free → Pro, or Pro → Pro Max — both commissionable at 30%
Payouts
- Schedule: Monthly, processed by the 10th for the previous month.
- Hold period: 30 days after the customer's payment, so refunds and chargebacks clear first.
- Minimum threshold: $50, or ₹2,000 for INR payouts — rolls over to the next month if not met.
- Methods: PayPal, Wise, direct bank transfer. UPI / IMPS for India.
- Clawback: Commission is reversed automatically on refund, chargeback, or fraud.
- Tax: You're responsible for your own tax. We collect a W-8BEN / W-9 where required; TDS is deducted where Indian law requires it.
Applying
Every application is reviewed by hand, usually within 2 business days. Tell us:
- Your name and country
- Your promotion channel and its URL
- Your audience size
- How you plan to promote XCareer AI
Once approved, you receive:
- Affiliate dashboard access
- Your unique referral link
- Your personal coupon code
- A brand kit — logos, screenshots, demo video
- A short do's-and-don'ts sheet of approved claims
